    My guess is completely unreliable but to me it sounds like a waltz. I'm guessing something from Frédéric Chopin.

    As others have noticed, I have mastered the internet.

    For a fact, its Schubert's Symphony 8 in B Minor, known as the Unfinished Symphony. I dunno precisely which bit, but that IS where it's from.
