Everytime they ask for something tell them you can't hear them. They'll eventually get so mad that they'll quit asking lol.

Aye, after a day of thorough pwnination with Trunks in ESF (perfect transform with PL catchup on, wooo), I believe noobs can get rather annoying.

There are four keys that can solve all your problems, these keys are by default 'u' - 'n' - 'o' - 'enter'

If your feeling really crazy you might even want to hold shift and press the '1' key a couple times after the 'o' key and before 'enter'

After that, if the problem persists you can either repeat as nessicary, or ignore them. They will pretty quickly either go off and do something besides bugging you, or they will get mad enough to say something that is most likely banable, in which case just pop open the console, take a nice screenie of the offending statements, and send it to your friendly neighborhood admin for a little bannage-fun-action-orama.
