<div class="IPBDescription">Still no effect</div> Seems like that this feature was not included in beta 5. I thought it would have made it, plus I'd really like a <b>REAL</b> changelog to see what was changed and added not some half assed attempt of remembering what was put in.

It makes sence seeing as the tooltip says (or said) that upgrades effect turrets...
