Need Web Hosting

<div class="IPBDescription">Read for Reqs.</div> OK, well I'm in dsperate need of some new hosting as 50megs doesn't cut it anymore. I guess its hard to find a good web host these days eh? OK, here are my requirements:
<ul><li>Free</li><li>Somewhere around 50mb of space (less is OK)</li><li>1 FTP account</li><li>MySQL/PHP/CGI</li></ul>Please help me out here.

    I'm gonna plug my current host, since they've given me amazing service so far, and they have great prices. It's not free, but you're not going to get good hosting for free, these days. I think that you're extremely lucky to even have 50 MB of space for free, especially if you get MySQL and PHP.
