Whichbot is the best I've found. They only play aliens, but they do it quite well for bots. Playing a combat map with 3 or 4 of them is great for aim practice (if they don't slaughter you, they're suprisingly good sometimes). Also, on an unrelated note, I'm amazed that the name NSPlayer wasn't registered for the forums until today.
