Upgrade Times For Reens?

Can someone post a list of how long it takes to get upgreades. etc.
I did a search but it only came up with 1.04 stuff.

    This is the beta version of manual for NS3.0... Im not sure if any of these research times are changed during patches though... You can check changelogs...

    1 minute base time. Add 30 seconds cumulative for levels 2 and three.
