How To Set A Specific Waypoint?

Although I'm no newbie, I have noticed that bots can only do their magic when you use specific waypoints like build structure here or pick up item at waypoint... I was just wondering how to activate that as it is completely random to me when I'm comm.

There's an AMX plugin that fixes this though. Google. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> "waypointsfix.sma" is the source file. (.amx for compiled, if there's an available download, which there may be.)
Editted to include link to AMX version:

(Couldn't find it earlier. Soz. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->)
How does it help exactly?

all details are on that link
They could fix the waypoints officially, though... Hehehe "Fix the waypoints" will go into my next sig if it isn't fixed for beta 5 <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
to agentx5:
I think that when you give the commander the possiblility to use bound keys to assign a waypoint this can lead to abuse. The commander can intentionally give a wrong waypoint to screw with you. For instance say there is an enemy at waypoint when there isn't.
I know that it would be neat to be able to assign the various waypoints yourself ... but as I told it could lead to abuse.
It would be better to improve the current system in the same way the pluggin (you can find it in <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=70782&hl=waypoint' target='_blank'>this</a> thread) does it.
Just my vision.
