    There was an updated version that looked about 900% better, and a lerk also but since fatmilk died I have no hosting.

    Anyway, new models instead of skins would kick mucho grande a**.

    i really reckon the shape of the current aliens is fine. just made more angular & robo-smexy and they'd be pwn. you could also have a story, something like the kharaa bacterium develops a way of melding metal 7/or manipulating nanites, and uses it to augment the different lifeforms.

    there was a "terminator" skulk and lerk floating around at one point. not sure on what happened to em tho. would be cool to get all structures & lifeforms in that style <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Which is why I think a Giger style biomechanical thing would be cooler. A combination of living tissue and robotic parts. Which would be an even better explanation of your whole "bacterium learning how to manipulate metal/nanites" or however it went.
