Bug report - mouse not functioning properly

Ok i just wanted to call you guys attention on a bug i found.
<b>My specs:</b>
AMD Athlon 600 MHz
SB Live! Platinum
128 MB RAM
ATI Rage Fury Pro 32 MB video in/out
Windows 98
Running in OpenGL @ 800*600
Microsoft intellimouse optical (latest drivers)
<b>The problem:</b>
My mouse middle button (MOUSE3) is bound to jump. However, when i become commander it stops working when i want to move to a report.
I tried binding jump to space instead and then it all worked fine.
Seems like a mouse problem to me...
