To help the UK prepare for terrorist attacks, Home Secretary David Blunkett had the idea of sending a useful guide to everyone through the post. However, I couldn't sleep knowing that some of you might not know what to do if the worst comes to the worst, seeing as you're foreigners, and so don't have the pamplet.
