Trouble Starting Server

i am haveing trouble getting my new server up, i used Vadakill guide, when i click on StartHLDS.bat" file it pops up for a sec then goes away, i followed your steps right(well i think they are right)...thanks

C:\HLServer\hlds.exe should be C:\HLServer\hlds like mine ?
