Swf To Mpg

<div class="IPBDescription">How can it be done?</div> I have the full version of Macromedia Flash and am a complete noobie with it.
I know that you can import existing flash files into the program and edit or go from there. But...how do import a swf into flash and convert it into a MPG (for a VCD)?

I am desparate to know so i can get my projects out in a better way.

    I know that you can export to quicktime. I'm not sure about other formats. Then uyou would need to import that nito your editing program (final cut, premiere etc.) and do what needs to be done with it and then export to mpg.

    Well I do know a hack to do it but I cant remember the program...... Basicaly it records your desktop at the active window, so all you have to do is run it then run your swf and it makes a mpeg.

    I will pm you if I find it.

    those things never work. I tried that one and i got a blank 600mb AVI with 20 mins of listening to myself breathe over the mic. Also there was a huge red X on it. I dont trust purchasing those, if they dont work in Trial mode, they wont work at all.

    I first tried google and thats the program it lead me into. Then there was also the case that those AVIs were a unique program codec that didnt want to change to mpg no matter what.
