The idea behind the joke isn't terrible, but the execution is poor. Also, a good background would help, as would more natural postures. Here are some suggestions for each panel.

First panel: Instead of being a prelude to the following panels it should be a flashback. Example new text: "I'm so glad I got my NS fix, going without it for so long was starting to make me hallucinate."
(Close-up of head-neck area, posture as if to indicate reminiscance. Plain blue/white background, whole flashback deal.)

Second Panel: "Onos, WTHhomgkthxbye, etc."
(NS themed background, character dressed as marine, perhaps shouting over his shoulder.)

Third Panel: "Real life version, etc, etc."
(Seedy bar as backdrop, transfer pose from panel two to panel three as before, but back in regular garb. More dynamic pose for Muscles as well, perhaps grinding his fist against his hand and scowling.)

And perhaps a fourth panel, something that calls attention to the aftermath of the event for a bit of added humor. Ex: "Good news, we found the rest of your teeth."
(His friend, make one up, make it a phone call, etc, does the talking. He should be sitting at the computer occupied with NS.)
