Rendering?

Ok, I know Milkshape doesnt have a renderer, but 3DSMax does (which I own), but is there some sort of shareware/freeware renderer program I could download? I'd like to avoid installing 3DSMax unless absolutely necessary.

    you could always download cinema 4d trial, it wont let you save your renders, but you just hit printscreen and paste it into paint/photoshop and save it
