<div class="IPBDescription">should i dare to do it?</div> got an old gf3 Ti200, the tv out wont work, and ive found out that flashing its bios will probably solve the problem. but then again, im a little nervous about doin it.

has anyone any experience upgrading their vga bios, or know of any good tutorials, or how to salvage if it all goes to hell?

all in all i know that the card is old, but im using it with an older computer solely for the TV-out..

The only times I have updated my BIOS were for the motherboard, which was when I would take the BIOS Flasher program, the BIOS version, and put them on a floppy disk. Before you do this, however, you must save your current BIOS on another disk, in case it DOES go to hell. After that, start up DOS, run the Flash software, enter the exact file name for the BIOS number, and flash.
