<div class="IPBDescription">For a week and a 1/2</div> Welp, I have another 30 minutes to kill before my haircut appointment. I could use this time to pack, but I've decided that I'd post to my lovely forum people first!
Anyways, I'll be gone for a week and an half in Michigan. Should be back on the 22nd unless my plane blows up or something. Speaking of which, what would you guys recommend to do if the plane is going down? Sex up some girl or attempt to make a parachute with my t-shirt OR be uber l337 and become a pilot myself and save the airplane and people in it!?
Speaking of which again, has anybody ever seen the movie Airplane 1 and 2? Both are great movies! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Before I depart my gratious land of California at 7:30'ish. Meet me at LAX! I'm getting my haircut at 4:30. What do you guys think I should do? Style it, trim it (my bangs reach all the way down to my jaw and the back of my hair reaches to the end of my neck), or ask for a "dj style" haircut?
What's going on in Michigan? Being forced to go against my own will (and i'm 20, WTH), also being force to miss work which i've just started two weeks ago.
Going to see some my friends and see some of my guardian's family *i call him step-dad, but technically he's a long term friend lol*
Maybe if i'm lucky and play my cards right..you know hehe
Going camping up north next to some lake and woods.
DRINKING! MICHIGAN = VEGAS RULES BABY!
Maybe firing off some shotguns and rifles ^.^
And a bunch of other misc stuff.
Wow, I never thought I'd used DRINKING and GUNS in the same post. Maybe this will be a good trip.
Other than that, I hope I return back to California safely to my forum people!
Farewell,
Your friendly dillusional paranoid nutcase dj,

edit: i suck at this english crap
I live in Auburn Hills, a mole on the face of Michigan. It's small now, but don't worry, it'll get big. The city features Great Lakes Crossing, a large (and somewhat failing) outlet mall; Oakland Univeristy, a famous college; and the Daimler-Chrysler building. And a Blockbuster video.
No really, it's not as bad as I make it sound. It's gotten better over the years, and now that I have a license, I can get to those nice places. The area in which I live is rather crime free, and isn't that "busy". A few miles away, it's busier, but still rather calm. Overall a rather boring city, since there's only so many times one can go to Gameworks and play half-broken arcade games before one realizes there's no point.
WHY MUST FUN EQUAL MONEY I ASK YOU.
I'm right next to 12 Mile! I can see it when i look down the street about 150 ft. lol
Other than that..the flight was okay...my legs where hella cramped though.. a 6'2 guy doesn't farewell in airline seating >.<
Oh ya, also near the end of my trip. I'm going to some car show at the end of the week I belive. So hey flint, meet up there? hehe
I feel like its' called Something Roadway or i don't know =\
totally forgot...been up for almost 24 hours =x
Some of the nicest people I know actually live in Hell. It's within biking distance of my place, so I go around telling people that I "biked to hell and back".
I'm back.
My flight arrived Sunday night (9pm'ish).
What I did:
Camped in the Grayling area for 4 days
-Canoeing
-Burning stuff with fire!
-Playing Cards
-Spooning (long story, but funny lol)
-Drink a lil
Then we went to a lake that is right next to Grayling
-Went tubing
(being dragged by a boat going 30mph on a rubber tube, fun as heck! lol)
-A bit of picnicing
-Trying to get self maimed/killed *read "Went tubing"* haha
Went up to Traverse City
-Went on the sand dunes with dune buggies!
(I own and got my friend doused in sand twice, myself once, she was not happy lol)
After that, I stayed at a friend's house for the rest of the trip
-Got really attached to her and same for her, but to me.
*just noticed a new icon <!--emo&::hive::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/hive5.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='hive5.gif' /><!--endemo--> when I hit enter on this line*
-Messed around for 3 days
-Went to an arcade/gokart place called Cj Barrymores *spelling*
(spent most my time playing Maxinum Tune <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> 460HP Nissan Silvia S15 lol)
-Smoked a lil of the green grass.
(was a going away present, then I bought Burger king for all 4 of us 'cause McDonals SUUUUUUUUCKS!)
Then I flew backhome with my stepdad, a lil depressed 'cause i'll miss the girl I stayed with. I saw her looking very depressed in the truck as I was being drivin to
the airport. =\
Listen to Tiesto and Digweed on the flight back home. Something about those two and hearing Heaven Scent while seeing the sun in the clouds while in a plane is the greatest feeling in the world.
Random things i've learned in Michigan this year
-Supposedly people in Michigan have accents
-Supposedly people in California have accents as well? O.o
-Driving on Michigan roads in Detroit is MUCH different.
-People are MUCH different as well.
-It gets !FOGGY! at nights on the roads. Can't see 20 feet ahead of you at times.
(perfect for dodgy street racing lol)
And more maybe to come!
Other than that!
I have returned to the <!--emo&::hive::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/hive5.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='hive5.gif' /><!--endemo--> !! lol
Ps. Oh ya, i'm dj'ing online Tuesday night, i'll make a sepret post for it.
Peace!

They do. Some put the letter t sound after double s. Example: "Across" becomes "Accrossed". There are also minor pronunciation changes. Oh, I forgot... they also say "big huge."

The valley girls do...

You have to fear for your life?
You'd have to be more specific but you probably understand why people here NEED suvs and large trucks as opposed to WANT them.
For everyone else, we have 2 driving seasons in MI: Winter and Orange Barrel. Sometimes it's just one season.
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->-It gets !FOGGY! at nights on the roads. Clearly you misunderstood. It's common knowledge that the entire State of MI periodicly increases its elevation by about 10,000 feet thereby placing most locations in the clouds. No, really. Also, during the Spring and Fall, nearly the entire volume of Lake Michigan rises up into the air and spreads itself across(ed) the State.

I'm a bit curious about this one. No, I'm not looking to take offense. Just curious.
BTW, glad you had fun! Proof again that there is in fact stuff to do in MI.
Don't know why I said that, oh well. I did run into some good and bad people. Almost slammed this one guy into an arcade for picking on my friend's 14 year old brother.
