The bases iv seen are empty and have absolutely NO turrets, why cant we kill it? THE DAMN OBS! even when we target it first, Phoomph! 15 rines come warping in. Bang bang bang im dead aswell as the while alien team in one ammo round or less.

And it is easy to kill an obs, 2 fades can kill it before the rines spawn on. and if you know you won't make it, then just run and come later again.
Fades are now too godlike and onoses, well lets just say if i had a single pistol i could kill 2 of those easily.
2.0 is original, glithless (apart from map exploits which can be fixed in no time) stable, and EQUAL!

And NS2.0, where would i be able to find Flayras installer? Or is there a guide to do this?
Iv gone through Google/lycos ect and have found nothing useful.

I give up attempting to like it, and everytime i play a game i realise how even more its buggered up.
I just want to go back to the 2.0 that actually was, how we all call, The Perfect Version.
No more 'do this on beta' things plz, it aint gunna work! Its lost my attention completely.

well, go to fileplanet and download 2.0 and intall it, simple aint it?

Dam fools trying also to change this topic into a beta arguement, im sick of it.
I already have that installed, the NON STEAM one! It just wont work in steam and iv tried copying the ns folder into steamapps, it just crashed on open saying lotsa stuff is missing or not available.
Ok... Kenichi... I used the same NS2.0 installer, to play it on Steam ages ago... So there is nothing wrong with it... It is just that you have to move a few files from WON HL installation to Steam directory... Advanced guides on How to and which files is already there in Tech Support forum... Do a search about it; sorry but as I said its been ages ago; I dont remember how to... Oh well see one of the related threads are stickied there...
Good luck installing it, and finding fellas to play with... ^_^

i find 3 better than 2, it fixed many things.

you will knowtice that none of the installers ever used the term beta untill 3.0, that is simply because they were all offical releases.
unlike in most modes uou never saw any of the betas (up untill 3.0) as they were all closed betas. You will note that neither 1.0 or 2.0 CLIENTS were ever patched. 1.01-4 are all server side, and 2.01 was also server side.
top this all off with Flayra actualy saying as much <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
and guys, stop feeding him, he don't like 3.0, leave him be. He will eventualy realise that there are only 2 2.0 servers and will probably give up.
