Server Appearing In All List But Not Game Specific

<div class="IPBDescription">Very odd</div> I'm an admin on a Natural Selection server and I'm receiving an odd error that I just can't figure out. You see, normally a correctly functioning natural selection server should appear under the games - NSP filter in Steam, so that players can browse the server then they have natural selection loaded. Our server, however, flickers in and out of this list. Sometimes it is there, usually immediatly after a restart, and more than frequently it is not. However, the server is always listed under the "all games" Steam server search.

Facts:
1) The server accepts player connections:
Regardless of whether the server is currently appearing in the NSP filter, players over the internet my join and play without any trouble. We've has a handfull of 20 player games in the past week.

2) The server resides on the same box as two correctly functioning CS servers:
Those servers have no equivalent problems.

3) The server is always listed under all games, but only occasionally listed under Natural Selection games.

4) The following ports are forwarded:

5) This problem occurs whether metamod and associated plugins are loaded or not.

6) sv_region is set to -1 (No effect with other values)

7) "ip 68.189.27.9" appears in the server.cfg (no change with or without)

8) Randomly the server will return to the nsp "filtered" list.

Any help or assistance you could provide would be appreciated.
