Users With 0 Ping

hey guys. sometimes when i join my server, there are people in the ready room with 0 ping. they cant be found in the rr and i cannot kick them. when i do it says that the user id cannot be found. they are taking up slots on my server. anyone know how to get rid of them?

    In my experience, it means that they disconnected over a map change or were kicked due to a slot reservation (or something like that). They don't actually take up a slot, when someone actually joins, the name in the RR will be replaced with someone who actually exists

    Seraph is correct. Notice that these users do not appear in the 'status' console command.

    A similar effect will sometimes present itself when a player is joining your server. They will appear on the scoreboard, and they sometimes will have a non-zero ping, but the ping will be unchanging, which is how you know they're not really what they appear to be (marine/alien/spec/or readyroom-er). Once they finish joining, their ping begins to change like everyone else's and all appears as it truly is.
