Server ops commands

Are Server Operators (those defined by wonid in the server.cfg) able to perform any commands?  It looks like a cute way to display their status in-game but also I noticed that there isn't a rcon_password cvar. Anyways if you could reply with a link or post the available commands and how it works it'd be appreciated.

There is a rcon_password cvar, In order to run any commands i think you need to have the rcon_password in. Not sure what commands are with that Op list. But it could just be the little icon next to your name.

They can perform one command based on that field:

auth

If you do that, after a minute or two, you get a funky server op icon next to your name in the scoreboard so that people know that you are a very important person and should kill you less to get on your good side <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

Any suggestions as far as AdminMod goes?  Thats my next project and I've already had lots of CS Server Admin experience.  Also we can set rcon_password in the server.cfg for NS correct?
