    Not too shabby so far, I dig it! If it's finished, ill definately DL it. The reload style reminds me of...the rifle from the second Starship Troopers movie I think...not sure.

    Anyway, I hope it ends up getting complete, with the good animations and all. Yay!

    Fixed a couple of things...messed a few more things up and deleted some things:

    I'm gunna add a similar grip to the pistol sid drew that red monkey did ages ago...i am literally going to lift it out of that concept (because i started modelling that too)...i'll post a pic later.

    I love that handle you're going to add, it's going to make this by far one of the best models that are out and about right now. I see you eventually taking over the NS modeling community eventually Udder.

    You should move the handle up, remove that portion in there that looks reserved for your index finger, seeing as that is going to be too busy pulling the trigger to **** around with that spot, then it should mesh a little better with the overall form of the gun.

    would you even be able to see the complex handle if it was included, won't it just be covered by the marines hand ingame?

    I like this idea a lot - but that would include *a lot* of messing about with the handle, eh Udder?

    i just was looking at the picture of the gun, and was thinking, will the stockish sort of thingy that you've put on the back of the gun be too close to the grip? would be kind of awkward to hold the grip that close to you body, i would think
    might look odd ingame? or maybe too close to the marines body to see handle at all?

    so maybe hold it away from the shoulder, chop the shoulder pad thingy on the back

    maybe you can edit the concept to have a stock? find somehting that looks good with the gun you designed?

    I usually don't change the concept once it's been modelled though - more trouble for the modeller. =/
