I'm in need for a decent icon for NS, one currently exists, but its a little old and I was thinking someone could probably make a better one.

Only guidelines is the icon must match the NS color theme.

    if that gets used i will swear lots. I started to do one exactly the same as that simply shrinking the eye from the archived news, and grr. It was exactly the same but i thought it looked crap

    I disagree, i think you need to really tighten up the edges on the icon. They look really blocky and random.

    Hive, couldn't fingure out how to get transparency in the .ico, so I just made it blue for now.
