Shotgun Concepty Thingy?

hey found this somewhere a while ago, can't even remember where and when i try to search for it now i can't find it, so here's the picture i found
This is the first concepty thingy i've posted, not sure if it's even possible to model something from this kind of a picture
Anyways here's the pic, pretty rough but its a nice shape and all

its only a side view but i would imagine it being pretty beefy, seeing as its a shotgun and all

It seems like it would be to beefy for a shotty, more like a HMG but thats just me.
