Pov-ray Rendering For Hl Models?

I got a plugin that allows me to export the text document for opening a model in the POV-Ray program, but when i try to render it i get the error:

so i was wondering if anyone could come up with a tutorial on how to get the <a href='http://www.wunderboy.org/3d_games/utils/povexport.php' target='_blank'>plugin</a> to work with the renderer.
