Okay I've been looking at a PRO lately, and I know that I'm going to get a 128mb version. Now...Which company is better? I always get confused whether to buy MSI, Chaintech, ATI, Sapphire, etc. I assume that ATI would be better, but I'm not sure.

Second question...these cards are the same cards. Whats with the price difference? Thanks

/edit - Oh yeah, I heard 9800's have horrible heating problems...Is that true? If so, what can you do about it?

    Go with built-by-ATI whenever possible.

    Failing that sapphire.

indeed, ATi and Sapphire are basically the same, since afaik Sapphire builds their boards exactly to ATi's design specs. Which means they're the most reliable, stable, etc. Other companies give you other nifteh things, and some overclock a lot better, but built-by-ATi is teh baseline.

Heating problems on a R9800 PRO? I have a BBA(Built by ATI) Radeon 9800 PRO 128MB and have no heating problems at all, the cooling isnt perfect but its still keeps the temp at acceptable levels.
