From the information supplied above, the suspect seems very much like the standard Frontiersmen Heavy Armor, but do not be fooled by their strikingly similar name and appearance.
If you look carefully, you will notice the suspect is has <b>a different chestplate</b>, and <b>a light-blue visor</b> (similar to the one worn by Light Armor Frontiersmen), whereas the standard Heavy Armor has an odd-looking mask that instills a sense of cluelessness.
The authorities would be most grateful if the local population could provide information leading to the successful download of the above skin, but would like to warn that the suspect might be heavily armed and dangerous.

I think we're onto something... so I search the forums for Fam's posts, using 'Heavy' as the keyword, and found <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=24712&hl=heavy' target='_blank'>a thread</a> that appears to be what I'm looking for. However, link dead (as expected), and even the image is long gone.

Yes, please excuse the poor quality pic. It's the best I can manage, but it's better than having none at all.
Best thing to do would probably be to PM fam and see if he can't hook you up
