I was kind of excited about CS:Source, hoping they'd add all kinds of new stuff. More and more signs pointed towards the same boring gameplay with new graphics, and it looks like this is the stake in the coffin of my hopes.
Oh snap, Ill haxor this CT by moving the box! He is going to be shocked and/or confused! LOL I WIN!
I demand that someone craft an MSpaint cartoon showing this scene which makes effective use of the phrase "OMG W-TF???"
GO NOW!

I bring you a gift:
PS: SillyGoose pleases me.
haha, physics will barely impact on gameplay. flying barrels? wow...
the biggest impact on gameplay i can think of (although it is still fairly minor) is the improved vehicles.

Let me ask you this: If a guy throws a frag nade, and it launches a group of barrels nearby, it MAY just happen to LAND ON YOU. Or we could have the other piece, where someone slowly erodes away someone's cover by shooting it, or letting it catch on fire. It'll change a lot- these aren't the same maps as before AT ALL. Very different.
and yeah some stuff will change, but i doubt it will be a VERY drastic change
Adds some use to the M249, finally! No more cowering Ts hiding behind those double doors in de_aztec!
That, or exploding barrels o doom that you can push around, RE style.
*Football bomb incoming*
Wouldn't that damage the fancy switches and delicate parts that you can shoot with AK bullets to no ill effect?
Everywhere.
and there will be, what, 1-2 barrels in a couple of maps? if bloody exploding barrels are the biggest change you can think of, i can't see this game being much different.
The only game change I can really see is some looney will run around in the water and go "OMG LOOK AT MY FEET!11" and make so much noise everyone knows where he is anyway.

and thats just off the top of my head, it's really only up to whoever is developing it to say if it stays the same or becomes something entirely different.
Strangely enough, that is going to be true with some people....
Probably...
Its not like anyone in their right mind would actually buy the damn things to play it...
1: These people are incredibly stupid, and bought Condition Zero. I can only assume these people are idiots.
2: Idiots do not make good beta testers.
3: Feedback from stupid people isnt very helpfull.
4: This is obviously a way to get more than 10 people to buy Condition Zero. Nice Move valve. Now you can get even more idiots onto the PT team who are so desperate to play on source that they will sink so low as to buy such a piece of garbage.
