ive downloaded all the software that i need, though when i connect to a server it tells me that my software isn't supported, EVERY TIME!

what should i do?

    Software VIDEOMODE isn't supported. So just change to OpenGl (or Direct3D) and it works.

    The problem you have has nothing to do with the software you downloaded, but with the render mode you try to display the game in. Check the video options and switch to OpenGL or (only if the other does not work) Direct3D. In either case, please check the Tech Support forum for further such questions.
