    Um... set more traps and make sure food is sealed tightly.

    Also, I hear mice get scared when you use proper punctuation. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    There's always good old fashioned poison.
    Make sure you get the slow kind, that makes em suffer.

    Or get a cat.

    Well, snapping it in half does the same too, only you can clean it up quicker....

    You could try the cheese basket approach. Have the cheese under a basket, and when the mouse picks up the cheese, the basket falls over it and traps it.

    Then you can torture it or clean it. Depends on what you want to do with it. Personally I'd put a pane of glass under the basket then throw the lil bugger away somewhere obscure like at my neighbour's doorstep.

    Okay, that's not obscure but they deserved it anyway!

    Muhahahaha

    Glue traps are the BEST! Let those darned mice die a long S L O W death <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Oh- the glue traps smell like mice treats so you don't have to bait them. Place them along walls (not in the middle of the room).

    Good Luck!!

    LOL, glue traps....

    I reembered we caugth 2 rats. One met its fate with an iron pipe (and it did splatter blood) and the other fell out the window struggling (the traps are set outside the windows so they die either way)

    Either the iron pipe or the fall....personally I'd pick the iron pipe.

    Cats are highly defective (at least mine were) in this aspect. There was a dead mouse under our fridge for 14 years, and nobody noticed. It was mummified by the time we found it, and it didn't stink. The cats noticed it, and got scared and ran away (when we unearthed the mouse). If you can't get a glue trap, just make something really sticky (contact cement or something) and put some cheese on it. Might work, and if it does, just take the trap, mouse and all, and hurl it at somebody you don't like. Never had a problem with mice, only squirrels. Squirrels are actually crafty and manage to get the bait and not trigger the trap most of the time. We lost our trap though when one not-so-bright squirrel managed to rock the trap enough to send it toppling off our fence and onto the road (in the middle of the night). Stupid thing...

    see i did the funny aproach i took a glue trap and did not attach it to the floor so when the mouse steps on it hes gonna be dragging this giant little flat thing around with him its gonna be funny when i find the bugger <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> and just a little note im not a animal person if it aint human it should be in my house! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    I have a mouse in the house. A cat too, but the cat is slow, fat, and was scared of my hamsters whenever they got out of their cages, so I don't think we can count on the cat. the mouse shares the cat's water too <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> cute mouse by the way.
