Commanding Shortcuts

Ok ok slap me, I might be stupid, but I played starcraft and I'm very good...
But plz!
Someone tell me how to program shortcuts when I'm commanding. There seems to be 4 slot on the top of the screen, and sometimes I leave my com chair to help my team a bit and someone else takes my place for a short while.
Then I see shortcuts for obs, armslab....etc.
I a very fast, good and interresting commander but I'm sure I could get a tad faster with shortcuts...but everytime I ask with my mic, it seems no one understands or wants to tell me how <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Im sure its very easy and dumb but, I deftone stupid! euh...maybe not
