I know this program exists- I had it long, long ago. Where can I get a logo creator that automatically resizes it for you? I remember it being HLC, but all I can find of HLC is a crappy older 2.3 version. It may be another name, I really don't know. All I know is, it automatically resized the picture for you, and would put it in any directory you liked. Anyone know where I can grab this?(if you think you have the one I was talking about, as it was starting up a pic came up saying some letters with a zombie sitting on top of them with de_aztec in the background).

Edit - I think you mean Wally though... Here's Wally v155b

wally > hlc
And wally sucks too- it won't resize things. EVER. AT ALL. It refuses to. In fact, I'd go so far as to say Wally is the worst windows based program I've ever used- it doesn't give you any slack, you might as well code the picture yourself.
Anyone willing to do that to my sig?
That's impossible.

Nope. This thing resized it perfectly- it only got pixellated to the point of being in line with the rest of the textures- the picture itself was still crystal clear.

Byt the laws of physics themselves, that's impossible. Pixels are pixels, and therefore the only difference in quality would be a result of difference in method. Photoshop boasts three different means for resizing - each has its own uses. BUT 128 pixels by 80 pixels is going to be the same size and quality, any way you slice it.
And that leads to my point - use photoshop for the resizing purposes. use wally for the conversion-to-wad. Simple.
