<div class="IPBDescription">for you nubs wondering how to do it</div> First get the camouflage plugin <a href='ftp://ftp.vanderlee.com/pub/adrenaline/camo101.exe' target='_blank'>here</a>.

Ok, getting the idea that you already know how to open, save, and whatnot with skins and that you have photoshop, lets begin.

1)First, open a skin that has a fairly simple color scheme (not a skin that has OMGZJDFSLK COLORZ everywhere, such as a rainbow skin), I suggest maybe using the default model skins because their pretty simple. Im gona use this usp because its a simple color

2)Goto Image>mode>RGB color

3)Goto image>adjustments>replace color. Now you should have a window open, drag it aside and click the main color your want to replace with camo, but make sure you select the right darkness/brightness so the rest comes out good. If you have a black/grey/whiteish skin, goto 3a

3a) Seperate the main colors into another layer and edit it with other tools in the image>adjustments box.

4) Start adjusting the hue and whatnot till you get the main colors to look like the camo your going to use looks like. Say jungle camo, you want a dark green. If it dont have your color, find something close and go back and do steps 3-4 again.

5) Now, start selecting your main colors with whatever selecting tool you want, i use the rectangle tool myself since it lets me get around the holes easier. hold in shift once you select something to keep adding to your selection. Note: make sure you pass over dark/really bright spots or it will end up looking weird on the model, keep it on the main colors.

6) Now you have all the main colors selected, now add a new layer.

7) Fill the selection with any color on the new layer, it dont matter what color.

<img src='http://drfuzzy.nsarmslab.com/tutorials/camouflauge/tut4.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

8) Now goto your Filter>VDL Adrenaline>camo

9) Choose your camo in the dropdown, or create your own. Adjust the scale so you can see the camo good but not too small.

10) Now you have your selection filled with camo, look at it and make sure you didnt miss any of the main color, if you did simply delete it, and add to the selection.

11) Set the opacity to 15-35% depending the way the skin looks, you can determine what looks good.

12) Save and enjoy <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif' /><!--endemo-->

<span style='color:red'>UPDATE</span> Set layer to overlay, sometimes that works good too, so you can skip some of the selecting part since it will dissappear in the black ^_^

You may noticed i missed some spots, thats why we recolored it so you wont notice if you do too <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
