<div class="IPBDescription">Supah fast please.</div> Alright, I made myself a decent looking avatar and sig, but the speed is a little too slow, makes it look sorta...jerky. I'd like to speed it up, but I can't get any faster with ImageReady. Help?

Step one. Make sure your sig isn't over the limit before posting it. Step two. Look into blur-blends. Essentially make a fake 'motion blur' of the motion of your sig. It'll take up fewer frames and look smoother at the same time. Step three. Try animating a small portion of the sig, rather than the entire thing. This will cut down on filesize, increase redraw speed (which can be altered with WAIT tags in an animGIF by the way, which can be changed in a decent animation program.. do not set them to zero!), and not look as tacky.

Thanks for the help, though. I thought the limit was a lot hi--oh, I'm mixing it up with the file attachment limit. My bad. x_x (I'm no noob, just Revolver on a new name).
//edit Until then, go substitute non-animated sig!

Looks like your wait tags are set at roughly 20ms. If ImageReady allows you to directly edit the tags, check if it's using a global wait header as at that point the individual waits will just add on. Blurring will help that a lot, in either case.
No, I'm trying to smooth out the animations in my sig. Enough of the grid is covered up by the fox in my avatar to where it doesn't really matter. I've got the grid set up, but it looks a bit...jerky. I tried it in a faster version as a .swf and it looks nice and smooth, but when I exported it as a .gif it really started chugging. 20ms? Odd, the tags <i>should</i> be at 5ms, not sure why they were slowed. That would explain why it looks jerkier here. So I just gotta speed it up and trim the size...no big...thanks for the help.
//edit And here's what I'm trying to fix, pjofsky:

Er...how can I send it to you? <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> pjofsky@gmail.com
Also, contact a forum ADMIN (aka Nemesis Zero, coil, Marik_Steele, one of those peoples) and ask them. Usually they'll do it. Yeah, they can delete it and change it.
Here. If you want it slowed down I can fix that. Also (I can change this back), I removed the blue border so now you can use this sig on any forum you go, if you do.

Youch. That's even jerkier than before, pjofsky. Did you cut out some of the frames of animation? Looks like it's skipping in at least two points of its cycle.

Until then, go substitute non-animated sig!
Regarding the new name, you could just ask an admin to change your name instead of just making a new account.
I could do the grid thing in the avatar if you send me the original file without the grid. It's sort of difficult if I have to delete it myself.

Can an admin delete Fox One then change my name to Fox One?

Delited one not needed layer and frame(makes it run smoother), allso adjusted the quality to fit 22kb.
