    Considering the only thing we know that's guarenteed are some minor-like fixes Cagey put in, it would be pointless to release a changelog.

    They are generally released in conjunction with the next patch.

    There isn't one yet, as a beta 5 build hasn't been fully put together yet. If you want to see what changes are being made to the game, just check the bug database every day - there's almost always something going on there.
