Updated Ns Specific Fps Guide

I got kind of tired of reading cut and paste CS FPS guides, like the one in the sticky FPS topic so I took that and added and subtracted to it as much relevant information as I could.

I hope it's not repetitive or anything but all the topics I've read on these forums are split up and out of date. 1/3 of the tweaks in the CS guide don't work in NS so it'll save someone some hassles, I hope..

Brilliant page design. Tweaks there are limited, but useful if you are running a very old system.

Well I'm always curious, what are some more serious tweaks since the list I've compiled is "limited".

And I like the red theme haha, I just started using StyleXP and the coughdrop skin in red is just my favorite so far. I was using SilverXP for so long anything new is a nice change.

It's better than black anyway.
