What Files Do I Need To Run A Server?

Hi, I have been running a HL Deathmatch server for years, but now wish to move over to NS, what files do I need to run an uptodate NS server?

once thats done make sure you do a steam hlds udpate to make sure u have the latest version

Then download and install NS Beta 1
Then Download and install NS Beta 4
Then download and install ns Beta 4a

Beta 1 has all the main files. beta 4 has the latest major changes
4a has the latest minor changes.
You can download all the ns server installs from

Thanks, do you know if I can use adminmod and tools like Hlstats or statsme with NS?

adminmod yes but if u want ns specific plugins u really need amxmod
HLstats works i beleive
statsme doesnt
