"cel-shaded" Ns Models?

<div class="IPBDescription">Anyone know where to get them?</div> Not necessarily cel-shaded but more "cartoony." I understand we you can't cel-shade with the HL engine but there is a way to make it seem like it cel-shaded. I think I have some idea how to do it, but I don't even know how to model in the first place. There are some Counter-Strike "cel-shaded" models. I'll post some in-game shots and give you guys some ideas if you plan to do this.

for skins:
PHOTOSHOP
filter- artistic- cutout

or PAINT
use solid colors

&

for the blacklines:
MILKSHAPE
CTRL+A
CTRL+D
tool- fatboy-
face- reverse vertex-
give the new group a solid color material

edit:
cell shady look does not need the bold black lines, for example look at ZELDA: WIND WAKER

to get cel-shaded

take the model u have made, duplicate it, invert normals.
