Glitchy Ingame Graphics

<div class="IPBDescription">on my maps</div> hey, when playing my compiled map, ive noticed almost a stickyness when looking around despite the frame rate being a consistent 133. im guessing as i havnt experienced this on any other maps (except co_rebirth) that its a mapping problem. any one got any ideas? its not a particularly complicated map or anything (< 800 polys round the map), theres no crazy blinking lights, rotating objects or anythin, using xp cageys latest zoners as well.

p.s. i am using like 10 wads which the tools say can cause obscure problems but im well below the 4 meg defualt texture limit, wuld that b the problem?

a sitckyness? what does that mean?

I think even if your framerate is 133...although afaik the max fps for HL is 100 the amount of polys in an area can still hurt the CPU, sicne frame rate is just the speed the computer is drawing things.

I dunno really. 'A stickyness' doesnt really help to figure out whats happening. Try closing background programs.

maximum fps for hl isnt 100, u can uncap it using developer "1" and fps_max "999"

Its still only 100 fps its just that you draw the last frame more then once.

I have problems with co_rebirth also (i'm on a gf4 ti4600). The fps is at 60 (its capped at that), then one frame will take an abnormally long time to draw, like 14 ms as opposed to 4ms, causing a small skip in the framerate. Is that what you mean?

ok well ive fixed the glitchy framerate!
its gotta be somethin to do with cageys version of zoners,
cos i switched back to the old old ZLHT 2.53 version and now i get a solid consistent framerate, u can see one of the screens where my framerate glitched down to about 40fps in the co_teabag thread, even though the polys are only like 300 and im on a beefy machine! but yeh is anyone else gettin this?
