Stop fighting about Metroid Prime, and start bashing Starfox Adventures!

    *Ahem*

Starfox Adventures was absolutely horrible in every single aspect. It made me pull out my hair. <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
I know but it is way too easy.

<I was going to put a picture of Starfox with his mouth hanging open like a retard here (his idle animation), but I couldn't find the one I am thinking of.)>

I'm not going to argue. I don't know why, but Halo felt different from other games to me and I worship the SP like a religion...

    I don't know why, but it r0x0rz m3h b0x0rz!

I really don't understand complaints about the AI. Every single enemy in metroid has an attack pattern, that's the way metroid works. It's really hard to make bees that fly around and hit you "smarter", like everyone seems to want them to. What exactly would AI accomplish anyway? Make the Chozo ghosts actually intend to fly around randomly, instead of following a specific pattern? Or maybe make the Space Pirates dodge all around, instead of... dodging all around? I see no point.

Maybe take cover, block attacks, or use a form of teamwork?

Again: Why does a puzzle game need AI?

Or maybe exit a room once in a while. Or do something normal. Or have converations with nearby Pirates. Or do anything to make the game world come to life, dammit! It's so dry!

    ...

Then it wouldn't be metroid. It'd be some generic crap.

The entire point of the Pirates is that they are the enemy. They are like a representation of all that is soulless and wrong, and you want them to be conversing casually as they wait for Samus to show up? Besides, for 3/4 of the game the Pirates are on heavy-duty alert because Samus is rampaging through their base. I don't think I'd be hanging out talking with my buds in that case.

All the conversation I need is in the intercepted messages between the pirates you get when you scan their computers. Listening in to their frantic conversations about you is great.

Actually I thought the Pirates were pretty cool, after all ruthlessness is necessary for victory. It's not like you can conquer the galaxy and uphold a strong moral code at the same time, unless your technology is completely overwhelming. They are better than the Federation because they are free from corruption and all have the same goal which they take "very seriously" as the manual says.

3x more badass than the... bounty hunters.
