Frequent Disconnection From Server

<div class="IPBDescription">CMD_MaxBackup reached</div> I have been playing NS since one of the first editoins and in this last edition 4b i started getting this disconnection message.... something like CMD_MaxBackup reached..... really anoying... anyone know how i might fix this...
