Need Help Finding Plugin

Hello, I'm looking for a pluging for adminmod that goes irc and alerts the admins whenever someone the NS server says !medic

I've seen this plugin around but I don't know the name, I would ask in OT but it would get lost and this is more of a server guestion.

    A fellow admin at Tacticalgamer.com has created one that allows players to amx_page "with a reason" admins via AIM. Seems like it could be edited for IRC.

    please do such, that truly would be fantastic

    in this particular scenario we have a win32 server running NS with I dunno how much memory [I'm playing it by ear] also we have AM not AMX, there is a bot in the IRC channel that could possible do some alerting...
