Holy crap dude, that lightsource blurring looks INCREDIBLY like high dynamic range lighting (Bloom). That's amazing. That stuff is only in modern things like UT2004 and Guild Wars.
As for the motion blur... er... I dunno. It looks... out of place. It doesn't look like he's moving. I mean, maybe if he was falling or some concussive explosive went off nearby, then maybe to show shock, but hmm... other than that, it looks kind of cool.
You'd have to drink a pint of Jagermeister to get motion blur that bad from walking around.
As for the mod itself: Guys with armor, modern guns, and 'realism'. What a stupid idea for a mod. Someone needs to die.
Seriously, you can tell whose gonna land a job at Bioware or something, and which unimaginative schmuck is gonna get a job at EA just from looking at their self-proclaimed "cool" mods. Sorry guys, modern soldiers got old 4 years ago.

Anyway, I'm sure that the motion blur doesn't seem so bad when you're actually playing the game. If it is, the beta testers will discuss it and they'll tone it down. Hopefully. From the screenshot, it looks like you can disable it, though.
I really love the light-source blurring. I'll give this mod a shot on release.
