Alright, t3h aliens start as face huggar. so then they infest whatever is sorry enough to be alone. at that time. human or animal This is where it gets interesting.
why is there different warrior aliens? drones. predalians. runners.
IT HAS TO DO WITH GENES!
facehugger+four legged animal= four-legged alien facehugger+creature with no dominant traits= The true form of alien facehugger+creature with mandibles(predator)= Alien that takes on many dominant traits of predator.
for example: predators have strong pride. they also happen to have very dominant genes. a predalian looks almost just like a predator, except for that it has a tail, and climbs on walls. A four legged animal has only one dominant trait. four legs, idiot. so the runner is a drone, but hass four legs. when a human is infested, the alien comes out with all of its dominant traits. thats because we have weak genes besides with ourselves.
so it comes downn to this. in the AVP model pack for the aliens, the aliens are skulk-runner gorge-baby runner queen onos- runner queen fade-drone hive- droneQueen lerk- some idiot big bird probably went into a queens lair and got hit with a face hugger.
See, aliens have mind-link. whenn a queen dies, a leftover facehugger can make its embryo become a queen embryo. But a queen embryo takes longer to fester. If there are no facehuggers, a warrior cna go through a dramatic stage of praetorian, then queen. but only if the above conditions happened. that means they know, and they have mind-link!
