    Most "vets" (almost all experienced players) only use a 3jumpsscript, a pistolscript and tweaked netcode.

    A tip; if you dont use that cfg to play on a LAN or if you dont have 100Mbit Internetconnection, I recommend you to lower your cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate and set your ex_interp to 0.

    you don't know how big a problem it was in CS do you?

    Well, in France *most* experienced players just tweak their netcode and don't use any scripting. I assume it's the same in most european countries, to my knowledge.

    Most clans in sweden use either a 3jumpscript or their mousewheel.
    And afaik a recent steamuptade fixed ex_interp and its now working correctly.
