Armed And Dangerous

<div class="IPBDescription">Anyone played it?</div> I've heard some good things about Armed and Dangerous and am thinking of getting it. Anyone here able to offer any comments on it? My biggest question is should I get it on the PC or Xbox if I do snag it?

I played it a little on my last LAN. Gameplay can be described as "Walk for twenty minutes, get shot by some AI-controlled sniper, quickload.". A friend of mine tells me that the first few levels
are great fun but then the entire game is ruined
by "silly weapons" such as a gun that fires sharks.

It's fun but short, there are pretty humerous video clip every level.

I've seen it for low prices and I get a 15% discount at work anyway (Yay GameStop - boo cutting the discount from 20%!). The big draw seems to be the jokes and the humor, which to me may make it worth getting if the gameplay is decent.

I don't really mind short games, either. I usually can't find the time to finish the long ones <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I hear it's distinctly average, which is a huge shame coming from the same developers as the criminally underrated Giants. Still, like Giants, it's meant to be a funny game, and that's something few titles pull off.

Giants:CK was one of the funiest games I have every played (as well as having a fun gameplay style)

There is a game called giants its same kind of thing it kinda old now but not that old i like it multi player is fun pretty good any how kinda funny any how.....
