It's not just an ache from being tired, either. It's like a charlie horse in my neck. What can I do besides rubbing it, which really doesn't help much?
looking in one direction causes this, and afiak, the solution is to not look in that direction for a long time and to actually move your head! (looking down/up for a long time is the most common cause of neck pain)
But if I try to hang myself, it hurts my neck. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Lately I've been getting the feeling of "grains of sand" in my upper neck. It's painless, but so far from what I've read it seems like its artheritis.. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Use "Tiger Balm", its a chinese lotion that decreases pain and helps healing. The stuff is strong, way stronger than the stuff they sell at the pharmacy.
As far as i can tell; there is no tiger in it LOL.
I get that sort of feeling in my hands and wrists alot, just from overuse. I really hope they don't wind up shot a few years from now, I really need them.
