Converting Files

CoD Demo...
I'm just about ready to go and record a demo for my friend of Call of Duty, then send it to him over AOL instant messenger and let him watch it. Only problem is I dont have a file converter to convert the .dm_2 format the demo is in when you record it to a .mpg, .avi, etc...
I'm asking to find a program that converts a .dm_2 file to another video file. If anyone can help, thanks! He doesnt have CoD, so finding a .dm_2 player wont help, since it uses CoD to run the demos.
Thankyou for your help!! (Dinner time!)

then use a video program, like videomach to import the image files as frames and compile it to a video, then i suggest putting it into divx format and compressing the hell out of it if your going to send it over...aol....
Google FRAPS, way too lazy to link to it. There's a *cough*free*cough* version floating around on the web somewhere. Perhaps located in a forum dedicated to RolePlay in a certain HalfLife mod.
