Poss. copyright issue...

Games workshop
Looking at the Aliens, I know that Flay and the team MUST have had some influence from Warhammer 40k. The TSA Symbol, however, may be a copyright infringement. It is incredibly close to the Dark Angel Sys mbol- A sword with Wings. I've noticed that the sword in the TSA symbol seems to be a gunblade (from the oh so amazing FF8. Yuck! I'm pretty sure GW has that symbol Copyrighted.

They look nothing alike other than they both feature swords and wings.
There are many symbols that feature swords with wings.
Soon someone will come into this topic and post an image of some military symbol and say something to the effect of, "So I guess Warhammer 0320492304k ripped off [insert name here]?", then you will basically be proven wrong in 30 other posts which are essentially just rewordings of every other post in the topic. Sort of like mine.
No, Flayra copyrighted the name Natural Selection. Not the TSA logo.

Yes, Bill, you're right. I was planning on being sarcastic and posting old military insignia...
no matter, i will still post and say "Hey! That symbol looks like my family shield! I will sue them for all they have because they stole my heritage!
Yarrrr!
