i will assume we are looking at the non-clip side of the gun... with that in mind, there should be an ejection port, and possibly a saftey mechanism...

other than that, yes, a bit plain.

Trigger?
Saftey?
Bolt?
Ejection port?
Second Grip for Second hand?
Gas chamber (the "second barrel" on shotguns and pistols?)?

I was fiddling about and it looks better as a shotgun. Which is a bit random.

If you remove the stock and rail, flip the area to be held by the second hand and modify the large area that was near the front to be the cocking handle, then yes, it is the same.

Like I said I was fiddling about with it and that's what came out!
