These Damn Sprites

<div class="IPBDescription">Im going nuts</div> So i have done a couple of sprites for the mario pack and now im at the hive sprite wich will be koopas clown car. The first frame of the sprite will be (as the original) grey and have some opacity but, when im going to make the other frames they dont get the same palette, as you could figure out. So, the question is, what should i do to get the other frames use the same palette? I cant save it and load it cause the colors gets **** up.

Hmm.. try making an image that contains both fully greyed out hives and coloured hives. Then reduce the pallete of this image down to 256, and then work on the sprites with that pallete. The theory is sound, yes?

when your breaking it up, don't forget to force the new images to 256 and give it a new pallete...
